Terms of Service

By accessing or using InfinitelyZero, or by purchasing a license or subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use InfinitelyZero.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered account holders, license purchasers, and subscribers.

InfinitelyZero is personal budgeting software designed to help individuals and households organize, plan, and track their financial information.

InfinitelyZero is not:

• A bank or financial institution
• An accounting firm
• A financial adviser or investment adviser
• A tax adviser
• A legal adviser

InfinitelyZero does not move, hold, transfer, or custody your money. It is a planning and organizational tool only.

To use Cloud features, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you
• Notifying us immediately at support@infinitelyzero.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account on your behalf in ways that violate these terms.

A qualifying one-time purchase grants you a lifetime license to use the eligible base application.

• "Lifetime" means for as long as InfinitelyZero continues to make the purchased version or a compatible version of the base application available. It does not guarantee that every future major upgrade, new product offering, required third-party service dependency, or optional Cloud feature will be included at no additional cost.
• Your license is for your personal use on your personal devices.
• You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or use your license to provide unauthorized commercial access to others.
• InfinitelyZero reserves the right to apply reasonable fraud and abuse controls to protect the integrity of the licensing system.

Connected is a subscription that includes core app access and hosted Cloud storage. Receipt Scanning is a separate optional monthly add-on for Lifetime or Connected.

• Each subscription is billed on a recurring basis at the frequency shown at the time you subscribe.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain the applicable paid access through the remainder of that period.
• After your paid period ends, access to the applicable subscription features will stop.
• Canceling a subscription does not revoke a valid Lifetime base-app license.

InfinitelyZero may offer trial or promotional access to certain features from time to time. The terms, duration, and conditions displayed at the time of any such offer govern that promotion. Promotional or trial access may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Payments are processed through Paddle. Pricing, applicable taxes, and billing frequency are shown before you complete a purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date. Failed payments may result in interruption of Cloud services.

Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy shown at the time of purchase and applicable law. Contact support@infinitelyzero.com with any billing questions.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your Local Edition data. InfinitelyZero cannot guarantee recovery of data lost as a result of:

• Clearing browser data or site storage
• Device failure or loss
• Browser updates or changes
• Uninstalling or reinstalling the application
• Failure to export or create a backup

We strongly recommend using the available export and backup features regularly to protect your Local Edition data.

Cloud services may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, third-party provider failures, or security events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to Cloud features.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and communicate planned maintenance where practical.

You agree not to use InfinitelyZero to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to InfinitelyZero or any other user's account or data
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service
• Reverse engineer InfinitelyZero where prohibited by applicable law
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Launch automated attacks, bots, or scripts against InfinitelyZero
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account in ways not permitted by these terms
• Conduct or facilitate malicious activity of any kind

InfinitelyZero, including its name, design, software, branding, and original content, is owned by the operator or applicable licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

You retain ownership of the financial information and data you enter into InfinitelyZero. By storing data in Cloud features, you grant InfinitelyZero a limited license to store and transmit that data for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You retain ownership of price reports and other content you submit. By submitting information to Community features, you grant InfinitelyZero a limited license to store, display, aggregate, moderate, and use that information to operate and improve those features.

InfinitelyZero relies on third-party providers to operate, including Paddle (payments), Supabase (authentication and Cloud storage), Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), web browsers, and email providers.

These services operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. InfinitelyZero is not responsible for the practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.

Optional features may also rely on AI/provider services for bounded language or receipt tasks and on product, UPC, or location lookup services. Information sent to those services is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Community price information may be user submitted and may be incomplete, outdated, incorrect, unavailable, or different by location, store, promotion, and time. Confirmations and flags can improve usefulness but are not guarantees. You are responsible for verifying current price, inventory, availability, and final checkout total with the retailer before relying on a report or shopping-list estimate.

InfinitelyZero is a budgeting and financial-planning tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit, or other professional advice. Budgeting calculations, reminders, recommendations, category suggestions, and other displays are informational tools only.

Your use of InfinitelyZero does not create a fiduciary, adviser-client, accountant-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship. You remain responsible for your financial decisions and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

InfinitelyZero provides budgeting tools, projections, forecasts, estimates, reminders, and other calculated information based on information you provide, transaction history, configured accounts, categories and schedules, assumptions, and application logic.

This information is provided for budgeting and planning purposes only. It may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate because of missing or incorrect information, incomplete transaction history, incorrect account or category setup, schedule configuration, timing differences, rounding, software defects, interrupted synchronization, third-party outages or delays, changes in your financial circumstances, or other factors.

InfinitelyZero does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, suitability, or outcome of any forecast, projection, estimate, expected income amount, projected account balance, bill or payment date, spending estimate, cash-flow estimate, reminder, or other calculated result. Projected balances and income may differ from actual balances and income, payment timing may differ from reality, and spending forecasts are estimates rather than promises of future activity.

Historical spending patterns do not guarantee future spending. Estimated spending dates and affordability or “safe” scenarios are planning aids, not promises that a transaction will occur on a particular date or guarantees that a purchase can be made without a future shortfall.

You are responsible for reviewing your transactions, correcting inaccurate information you entered, maintaining sufficient funds, and verifying relevant account balances, due dates, payment amounts, income, and whether payments actually processed before spending or transferring funds, scheduling or making payments, or otherwise relying on information produced by InfinitelyZero. Confirm important information with the relevant financial institution, biller, employer, or other provider where appropriate.

InfinitelyZero does not guarantee that using the service will prevent overdrafts, missed or duplicate payments, late fees, insufficient-funds fees, interest, penalties, or any particular financial outcome.

InfinitelyZero is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability of InfinitelyZero or its features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InfinitelyZero and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, InfinitelyZero — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this limitation includes losses or damages arising from reliance on forecasts, projections, estimates, reminders, calculations, or other information produced by the service, including overdraft or insufficient-funds fees, late fees, missed or duplicate payments, interest charges, penalties, lost savings, or other financial losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may suspend or terminate access to InfinitelyZero, with or without notice, for:

• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Abuse of the service or licensing system
• Security threats or unauthorized access attempts
• Illegal activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Material violations of these terms

Cancellation of a Cloud subscription does not automatically revoke a valid lifetime base-app license, unless there are independent grounds for termination under this section.

InfinitelyZero may add, modify, or remove features over time. We may also update these Terms of Service. When we do, the "Last updated" date on this page will reflect the change.

Continued use of InfinitelyZero after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to updated terms, you should stop using the service.
