Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund for an InfinitelyZero Lifetime License within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Customers may request a refund for an initial Connected or Receipt Scanning subscription payment within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. However, customers who believe a renewal was accidental should contact support promptly so the request can be reviewed.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already completed.

Include the email address used for the purchase and any available order or transaction information.

Refund requests may be processed through Paddle, InfinitelyZero's payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights required by applicable law.
